Harmony
May 2018 - Detroit, MI.

A new UNIFYING experience is coming to
the Tangent Gallery this month that will inspire you like no other. It's called Harmony the Cosmic Connection!
Harmony will be a vibrant multi-sensory gallery experience featuring projected and interactive visuals, live music from both touring and local acts, extravagant creations, by
brilliant minds from all over the planet, a collective canvas, The Love Den, art giveaways, and more! The idea behind the art of Harmony comes from the belief that different elements with different backgrounds and abilities could come together to create something BIG and BEAUTIFUL. Much like different instruments and musicians could blend to produce a celestial sound, brilliant creative minds can come together to produce BIG ideas.

Harmony happens Thursday May 24th at Tangent Gallery in Detroit

 Something Real
May 2017 - Ypsilanti, MI

'Something Real' is a solo exhibition of Megan LaCroix's latest works of art. In an attempt to break the trance of fear, hate, and low self esteem our country is in, Megan is bringing light, love, and color through expression. The show is open to the public for three nights; May 19, 20, & 21 from 6-10 pm at Friends Closet 731 W Cross St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. A full inventory of All Around Style apparel as well as jewelry will be on sale along with a display of paintings, poetry, and prints. 'Something Real' is the release of Megan's book series, which are scanned versions of her journals starting in 2013. Volume one will be available at the show. The book series offers a raw look into the mind of Megan LaCroix with her unedited thoughts, poetry, expressions, drawings and experiences. This book series was created to help others who feel lost or alone as well as bring to light the beauty of self acceptance, creativity, and inspiration through developing a narrative of self.
This journal and print series will lead into a second show diving further into identity and sexualization of the human body. Megan would love to have a conversation with you and be thrilled if you purchased a book.
